Jillian Ginn has over 25 yeas of experience in the IT and consulting industry which follows her initial career in education. Jillian roles have included Business Development, Executive Mentoring, Training, Organisational Restructuring, Change Management, Management Consulting and Talent Management. Jillian’s warm, ethical, talk-straight style focuses on producing tangible value for her clients. The bulk of her experience relates to ERP, CRM and solutions based executive sales, organisational growth and strategy, executive sales training, maximising Human Capital, ERP systems, e-Business and Business Intelligence. Jillian applies her skills in roles requiring business and supply chain knowledge, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and/or communication skills in work which demands a comprehensive and integrated approach to business, and which has as it’s catalyst best practice, business growth and often IT related business change.
